1 Introduction

phdream12 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on phdream12. Opening multiple accounts — even with different email addresses or mobile numbers — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering on phdream12, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream12 login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by someone using your credentials with or without your permission — is your responsibility. phdream12 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details.

3.3 KYC Verification

phdream12 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Documents requested may include a government-issued ID (UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC may result in delayed or withheld withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on phdream12 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following deposit methods are accepted:

• GCash (preferred — instant credit)
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phdream12 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Deposits are credited to your phdream12 account in real time for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer processing times may vary.

5 Withdrawals

phdream12 processes withdrawal requests to GCash in an average of 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) typically settle within 1–2 business days via InstaPay or PESONet.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your phdream12 account
• Any active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements must be forfeited before withdrawing, or the withdrawal will deduct bonus amounts from the withdrawable balance
• phdream12 may require KYC document submission before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all phdream12 accounts. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱100,000 per day and ₱1,000,000 per calendar month. Verified VIP accounts may have elevated limits. Contact support for details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

phdream12 offers a range of promotions including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spins on JILI Slots, and cashback programs. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published on the relevant offer page.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your phdream12 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise on the promotion page. Wagering from real money balance does not count toward bonus turnover.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

• One welcome bonus per player per household per IP address
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly
• phdream12 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days)
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise

6.3 Promotion Abuse

phdream12 maintains strict monitoring for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful play. Accounts found engaging in such behavior may have bonuses voided and winnings reviewed at our discretion.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting products on phdream12, including NBA, PBA, MMA, FIBA, football, and virtual sports markets.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on phdream12 are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly where odds have been published in error, where there is evidence of market manipulation, or where a bet exceeds account-level stake limits.

7.2 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (NBA, PBA, UFC, FIBA, etc.) within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the event. In the event of a dispute over the official result, phdream12 will follow the ruling of the relevant sports authority.

7.3 Abandoned and Void Events

• If an event is abandoned before reaching its natural conclusion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the result has already been determined beyond the point of abandonment
• For NBA and PBA games, a game is considered complete and bets will stand once 43 minutes of regulation time have been played
• For MMA bouts, bets stand once the bout has begun, regardless of early stoppage

7.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-game betting markets on phdream12 are subject to brief suspension during key moments of play. Bets placed during suspended markets are not accepted. phdream12 is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing an in-play bet during a suspension window.

8 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on phdream12, including the full JILI Slots catalogue, operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by phdream12.

Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for all slot titles reflect the theoretical long-term payout percentage across millions of spins. Short-term session results will naturally deviate from the published RTP in both directions — this is expected behavior and does not indicate a fault in the game.

In the event of a technical failure mid-game on phdream12 — such as a disconnection during a free spins round — the game will resume from its last verifiable state when the player reconnects. If resumption is not possible, the game round will be voided and the bet returned to the player's balance.

9 Fair Play Policy

phdream12 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Match fixing — placing bets with knowledge of a pre-determined sports outcome
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting price discrepancies between phdream12 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Bot or automated play — using software to place bets or play games automatically on phdream12
• Chip dumping — intentionally losing funds to another player in table games to transfer value
• Fraudulent payment methods — using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials

phdream12 employs automated monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns and account behavior. Accounts flagged by our systems will be reviewed by the Security team, and players may be required to provide evidence of legitimate play before restrictions are lifted.

10 Responsible Gaming

phdream12 takes responsible gaming seriously. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may experience difficulties with gambling. We have built tools directly into the platform to help players maintain control.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

phdream12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus programs
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward phdream12 staff or other players
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring account closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phdream12 will contact the player within 5 business days to explain the reason and request any information needed to resolve the matter. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also close your phdream12 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any legitimate withdrawable balance will be paid out within 10 business days of the account closure request, subject to completed KYC verification.

12 Privacy & Data

phdream12 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phdream12, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

We collect information including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, device data, and behavioral data related to your use of phdream12. 13 Limitation of Liability

phdream12's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

phdream12 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of services. We will endeavor to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phdream12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and by posting a notice on the phdream12 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of phdream12 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms — may be made without prior notice. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this page will reflect all changes.
